Built UX team from scratch. Developed successful user-centered design process of user research, sketching, prototyping, user testing, A/B testing and managing our design system. Supported marketing design efforts with branding, web development, A/B tests, and data analysis. Helped scale the business from a few thousand monthly active users to over 50,000.
