t.profession
I am a web developer. I am not sure if “developer” is the correct name for my profession though. I notice that a lot of people use the word “designer”, which to me conjures the ability to make things looks nice with colors and shapes and stuff, which I can’t do. I can however, take a PSD and turn it into a webpage faster than these guys (but for not quite as cheap, but I can code better still). Now, I am quite adept at the Photoshop… but I digress…
I am the quickest, badassest, HTML/CSS coder I know (maybe I don’t know enough developers designers). Things tend to get fuzzy after that. I have experience with PHP, MySQL, perl, and Javascript. I love mootools! Okay, I need to slow down my internal fanboy…
I am currently employed at Sametz Blackstone Associates in Boston, MA.
I am going to start every sentence on this page with “I am”. Sounds pretty confident and strong right? I heard somewhere that establishing yourself as an expert is an important part of running a blog.
